At Change Room Psychotherapy Services, we believe therapy should be more than a place to talk—it should be a place where real change happens. The name “Change Room” reflects exactly that: a safe, warm, and nonjudgmental space where you can step in as you are, explore your patterns, and walk out feeling lighter, clearer, and more empowered. Our work is rooted in the idea that with the right support, insight, and tools, meaningful transformation is possible. We don’t just sit back and listen—we engage with you, collaborate with you, and actively guide you through the process of understanding yourself and creating change.

Why Work With Us

With over 15 years of experience in mental health, we have had the privilege of working with individuals from diverse cultural and personal backgrounds, including many immigrants navigating complex transitions and identity shifts.

 

This work extends beyond the therapy room through Where Is Home Media, an online platform supporting Persian communities worldwide. Through initiatives like the widely listened-to Farsi podcast Samtalk, as well as educational content, group work, and consultations, we’ve created spaces for connection, learning, and healing across borders.

Change Room Psychotherapy Services is the newest chapter of this journey—offering individual therapy for adults across Canada, both online and in person. Our focus is simple: to provide a space where you feel understood, supported, and actively guided toward becoming more in control of your life.
