Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be booked in advance through the approved booking system or by direct arrangement with Change Room Psychotherapy Services. All appointments are confirmed only once you receive a confirmation email or message. Availability is limited and offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise arranged. A receipt will be issued following payment and may be used for insurance reimbursement if applicable. Please note that your appointment is not fully secured until payment has been received. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice. Appointments cancelled or changed more than 24 hours in advance will be refunded or rescheduled without penalty. Cancellations, missed appointments, or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee and are non-refundable. Exceptions may be considered in cases of emergency at the discretion of the therapist. Sessions will end at the originally scheduled time in order to respect all clients’ appointments. If you arrive late, the session will continue for the remaining scheduled time and the full session fee will still apply. If you are more than 15 minutes late without prior notice, the session may be considered a no-show. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and have not provided at least 24 hours’ notice, the full session fee will be charged. Repeated missed appointments may result in limited booking availability or discontinuation of services. Receipts are provided for insurance purposes where applicable. It is the client’s responsibility to verify coverage with their insurance provider. Change Room Psychotherapy Services does not guarantee reimbursement and is not responsible for denied or partial claims. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Booking Policy.
